TBB automatically disable graphs when the router isn't configured to allow ping after some time. Red graphs suggests your router is dropping pings.Has anyone elses ThinkBroadband BQM been disabled? Just went to check mine and it is disabled and a full red graph since July 29.
Haven't noticed any drop off in quality, nor have I changed any kit

Offered 200mb broadband only (which I'm currently on) for £36pm
Turned it down, & tried to get a better offer, but no dice. Cancelled contract with 30 days notice.
See if I get a call back

I'm on the phone to VirginMedia tech support and they are telling me the new Superhub 5 (five) has been discontinued? Is this correct?
I had called to see if they would replace my Super4 with the 5 as I wanted the 2.5gb port (and Wifi 6)
I personally think he was talking nonsense as I know it was in testing earlier in the year and should be coming out of testing now. I'll check to see what info I can get from their forums...I thought it was pretty new and they were slowly rolling it out.
