If your hub is in modem mode, you don't allow ping on it, as it's passing the WAN IP through to the USG and it is doing the firewall etc. You should simply need to update TBB with your new WAN IP which you can find on https://ifconfig.me/Seems my public IP changed last night and now I can’t get BBQM graph to work! Hub5 is in mobem mode connected to USG-3p, I thought there was an option for settings in the hub5 but I don’t have options to allow the ping.
Has this happened to anyone else?
How do you get the BBQM graph to work again(it’s all red now(packet loss))
Thank you. Will check that. Good point. If your hub is in modem mode, you don't allow ping on it, as it's passing the WAN IP through to the USG and it is doing the firewall etc. You should simply need to update TBB with your new WAN IP which you can find on https://ifconfig.me/
