Yeah I'm more used to seeing pings in the 12-18ms
I always see with QOS
Code:
 ping 1.1.1.1
SEQ HOST SIZE TTL TIME STATUS

Same story here, they came then left, returned then moved around the corner quoting we will be back for your grove when we get the permit... OMG!

Here is mine for VM 350 on Hub5:

Via Samsung, my desktop didn't have the issue with low latency gaming but it wouldn't pull more than 350mbit on this test? Despite speed test registering the 750mbit download. Bit miffed why I ain't getting 960mbit anymore tho

I have the 1Gig package.
VM doubled my upload speed, 50 to 100 mb free of charge.

Required router restart for it to kick in. No comms from VM directly.

500/50 service here. Ping was never great for gaming, average is about 38-43ms and feel it should be faster given the local Virgin network infrastructure is all very fresh.

You using AX kit? if so thats about right speed wise, it was the 100mbps I was looking at tbh.
So the question is how many upstream channels do you have listed and what hub do you have.

@NeoVo Same question to you if you have around 100mbps upload or more.

Will the channels be in the router? I've got the Hub 5?

It's disappointing getting 750Mbit I've been consistently getting 965Mbit download, something is not right. And something is even more not right my desktop only reporting 330Mbit on that page when Speedtest reports the correct speed, well the slower but correct speed of 750Mbit
