Really looking forward to 50Meg, I always get 20Meg out of my current connection

Where do u download from? I've only seen speeds approaching 2000kb/s a couple of times.

Gamershell is pretty good at maxing out download speeds. There are quite a few places with good servers, you just need to find them.
Really wish the upload was more than 1.5Mb on this package. But I could see it coming miles off.

ive got the tv and phone and 20mb at the moment and it would cost me £15 more a month

I tried to get the 50Mb and I have XLTV with V+ box/XL phone
and 10Mb..they said £25 to me
I will try again today.
EDIT= Plus £30 for the modem.

No idea, I was paying £45.20 for some phone services and XL, this will rise £50 with XXL.

Damn, im currently on 20meg and thats extremely fast, couldnt imagine 50meg

I've had it installed just over 2 weeks now and it's absolutely pathetic for me. Haven't seen speeds over 900KB/sec for 2 weeks and now I'm just left with severe packet loss rendering the connection useless. Will be cancelling it later since nobody at Virgin seems to be able to give me any idea of what's going on. The worst thing is this exact issue seems to be very very common across the country, though clearly it doesn't affect everyone.
