virgin media fair usage policy

hi all im i right in thinking that after 10pm virgin media fair usage policy stops?
im on the 20mb xl package and if i download over 3gb between the hours of 4-10pm midnight i will get capped to 5mb? so after 10pm i can download what i like? Also will isp still see the amount i have downloaded even using SSL

between 4pm and midnight?

It will know how much you've downloaded even SSL but it's between the hours of 4PM and 9PM now and after that there are no limits.
