So recently Virgin Media ADSL has put huge traffic management and port blocking for online games and VoIP in the last week or so, this makes it impossible to play online games.
Now in their terms and condictions it stats
H. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation refers to the cancellation of the Service and therefore your broadband connection, whether you are switching to an alternative service or closing your Virgin Media account altogether.
If
a. we and/or Virgin Media Payments increase our charges under these Terms and Conditions;
b. we make significant changes to the Services so the Services you are entitled to receive in return for the charges you pay are significantly altered or reduced; or c. we and/or Virgin Media Payments make significant changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Now Implementing traffic shaping and port blocking without warning and not even informing there own staff sounds like a significant change to me?
