I think i've posted this before, about my line being problematic, but that was resolved with a phonecall (not sure how).
Anyway the problem came back and I began experiencing VERY high latencies on my line during the evenings (5000 ping / 5000 jitter), I rang up virgin and they arranged for an engineer to come over.
It turned out the signal strength was low, and when the evening kicked in the signal dropped below acceptable range, the engineer said he had pushed my signal up to the mid range so the problem should be gone.
Now two days later I have the EXACT same issue... this time the problems are as follows:
What you guys reckon I should do?

- Ping of 200 ish
- Upload speed is 30kB/s instead of near 90
- Download speed is max 1Mbit (it's usually 19.86)
- Download speed ranges from 1Mbit - 19.86 btw, but currently at 2.30AM it is 10Mbit which is 50% loss
What you guys reckon I should do?
