Set up my new phone and it didn't quite copy everything over, not sure if outlook app is something that does anyway.
I use outlook at access a blueyonder email, tried to log on and realised I had no idea what the password is.
Couldn't find a method that worked to view it on laptop so logged into virginmedia to change it, or so I thought.
I can now log in to virginmedia with new password, laptop emails (and old phone) still work under the old password saved in outlook (although for a while it wouldn't connect) and can't use new password to connect to outlook on new phone.
I am totally perplexed how to resolve this as I thought changing my virgin media log in, the one I used to access emails via a browser would also change the password for connecting emails to an email app.
For the record I was "hacked" back in May, think it was back from myfitnesspal and they were able to link email and password and started trying various accounts. This email address was one of them.
