We currently have a connection in our living room downstairs from Virgin Media which gets used for 1 TV box.
Then we have a second connection on the 3rd floor in my bedroom which comes from a seperate feed outside and is split into 2 and has TV box and modem running from it.
I'm leaving here soon and would like to move the modem and router into the living room - would I just be able to take the splitter and connect the modem downstairs , or would it be more complex than that?
