Virgin Media - SamKnows, RealSpeed Test - Can someone explain it to me?

My new VM Hub has SamKnows RealSpeed built in or something so when I go here:

I can get a more accurate internet speed test than the normal websites.

So my results are:

"Speed to Virgin Media Hub 4" = 1139Mbps
"Speed to computer" = 384Mbps

What exactly does this mean? As far as I can see from their websites FAQ it seems that the test is doing 2 different speed tests, 1 from my PC to the test server and 1 from my router to the test server. So looking at my results does that mean my PC is only seening 384Mbps? It's connected directly to the VM Hub via Cat6 cable to the 1Gig ethernet port on my motherboard and my speed package is 1Gig so I'm not entirely sure what's happening here especially as the usual speed test results look ok (ish):

It means SamKnows RealSpeed is useless and the speed it says goes to your computer is completely wrong. I have no idea why Virgin are pushing such a terrible broadband speed test. SamKnows RealSpeed seems to be highly inaccurate on a wide range of setups.

Oh, well that makes me feel a bit better then. I've tried all the usual tests and they do vary a bit for whatever reason but all report 800-950Mbps. Maybe the variation is because I only started my 1 Gig package yesterday, on my previous 500Mbps package the speed test results were almost always exactly 555Mbps when tested, it was super stable and locked in at that speed all the time. Wondering if new package and new hub need a little time to stabilise for whatever reason?

The only time it's important is if your internet is slow and you run a test and it shows the speed to the Hub as being way down on your package. That test is purely within the VM network and therefore their staff can't try and wriggle out of getting it repaired by blaming your Wi-Fi.

I never get a correct "to router" reading.... is always 200ish mb/s and yet im getting 950+ else where..... clearly buggy as hell its never worked correctly for me...... ( hub 4 ) or it just says "another test is running"..... garbage!
