Well I've been reading all sorts of crap about this traffic control and throttling at peak times and I was just wondering about my situation here

When I sit playing Counter-Strike 1.6 for example how much am I actually downloading? Let's say for example I am playing on a Polish server which is filled up by 32 players and I stay there for a whole day, what is the size of downloaded gametime? I am not really clever at these things but hopefully you know what I mean

Cheers

Type Net_Graph 1 into the console to bring up info about download/upload.

Alternatively, you could use something like DU Meter to measure exactly how much data is transferred over a period of time.

Even if you get throttled, it won't make a difference to pings. As long as you're not doing anything else in the background.
