Seems virgin are lowering speed down to about 1.5mb on 30mb products and higher from what it is atm which is 3/5mb.
Also lowering evening usage of upload from 5gb or whatever down to 1.75gb from 3-9pm or somit.
Is this true or just wrong info, ive seen someone post about their 50mb service upload being put on 1.75mb atm for a few days it seems.
