Virgin Media - V Stuff Backup - Slow for anyone else?

been having loads of trouble with virgin these days was going to leave them but 50 meg is worth teh hassle. they are always messing with the cables at this momemt in time due to the 50 meg
 
Everything else about my service is as sweet as. My service is great, I just wish this V Stuff uploaded at my full capacity.
