Hi guys,

Ever since my ISP switched to Virgin Media from Telewest I have had nothing but problems.

From about 6PM to 11PM the internet is constantly on and off, I have to reset my modem and router at least 3 times a night.

This happening to anyone else or is it just me?

Very rarely happens to me and then only reset once, I find vm extremely reliable and good value 'touch wood'.

Of course they did mess up when I moved house but fixed it in the end with the usually sky this and that free for a while.
 
Been with them for 6 years, on 10meg now but was 1meg all week, added some proxy server info and a few restarts and back to 10meg...

No drop outs though.......yet!!!
 
As it's all running on the same back end hardware with the same head end as it used to it should perform as it used to. Some info about your setup and what you are using when it dies or any event logs (modem or router) would help a lot...
 
Never had a problem with the quality of the service that I've had from Virgin/NTL here in South Wales. Broadband is fine but customer services are pants, still as long as everything is running fine you rearley have to contact them :D
