Is anyone else having issues with websites not loading on virgin?

I am finding quite a few websites refuse to load properly on both my phone and laptop and all I can think is it's virgin.

The down or not website says the sites are up.

It's a virgin problem, been like it since around 9am yesterday morning, they are referring to it as a routing problem. Everyone is pretty much affected, anyone who thinks they aren't just hasn't come across a website with a routing problem yet.

I was able to access .com of some websites but not the .co.uk extension of the exact same sites, it was quite strange.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, there is a temporary fix in place, Virgin have setup a proxy and so far it's worked for me, I can access everything as normal but it's all unusually slow. I've been with virgin for 3 years and this is the first problem I've had.

Having some packet loss issues and sites not loading and getting kicked out of star trek online and several sever not responding messages.

Hope this is cleared up soon. Only started happening this afternoon for me.

30/3 connection incase it matters.

We're having quite a few clients come to us with issues accessing their site, and some random other sites.

My home connection seems ok though (Maidenhead).

I've been having this issue since yesterday morning. Google seems to be affected most for me, which is a bit of an irritation.

Following VM's advice I changed the proxy to webcache.virginmedia.com port 8080 which helped a little bit.

Things seem a bit better today but the problem is still there.

Just rang vm and they said the issues in my area should be resolved by 10am tomorrow :/

No tv and no internet till then, im at a loss what to do, might have to venture outside or something scary!

Only seems to be affecting a few sites for me. Most noticeable was Three's, when I was trying to request a number transfer yesterday. Ended up having to tether to my phone and use 3G, which was a bit of an annoyance!
