Virgin router no Internet signal?

Hello,

Yesterday my Virgin router stopped receiving an Internet signal (the netgear wnr2000 has a light indicating if the internet is present or not). If I plug the modem directly into the PC I can access the internet. The router is working as I can access my home network, it’s just I cannot receive the internet through it, I have tried re-setting the router. It has worked well for about 4 months.

Anyone had anything similar?

Should I request a new Router from Virgin?

I’m on the 50mb.

I'm on-line now but I've connected the Modem straight to the PC (not a long term fix as i have 3 PC's on the network), I still had the same problem at 16:00...I'll try the router again at 17:00.
 
It must be the router (although i'd like someone to confirm this), i've just plugged the Modem straight into my Procurve switch and the Internet is working fine...I'm not looking forward to talking to Virgin and explaining this...for one i've not got a Virgin phone and its £1min...
