So I signed up to virgin media and a technician came round Thursday and installed all the cables and cut my BT line he then tells me that my line is dead so someone will come round later or Friday no one shows so I call them up and they send a technician on Monday who was unable to do anything not even reconnect my BT line said someone would come round today if not call his manager answered my call all day
This sucks!
