Virgin superhub and iPads

Hi,

Getting really annoyed with the virgin media wifi with the superhub. On the ipad2 and air the speed is shocking. Got the 60mb package and regular browsing is shocking. My superhub is in the same room I use the ipad and still it's slow.

Could this be the superhub or ipad thing? Don't really want to bolt another router to the superhub...

Any ideas?

Run the speedtest.net app to get an idea of latency and throughput.

Did you os8 the pad2, ours is slower on bt hub.

So the download and upload speeds are not the worst get about 30mb when doing the test. However when browsing just seems real sluggish especially YouTube. Running ios7 won't go to 8 yet!

You using Safari?

I find Safari on my iPad to be much slower than some third party browsers. Using Atomic at the moment with no problems.

Yeah using safari. Tried chrome, was a little better but not much. Got virgin coming over they may swap it out with the superhub2 hopefully.
