Hi All,
I have recently upgraded from 50mb to 60mb Broadband with virgin.
In order to get the higher speed Virgin upgraded my modem to a superhub (which has the switch built in instead of linking to a seperate switch/router via ethernet).
Issue with this superhub is that when it receives excessive data it crashes, stops working and then auto resets causing about 4 mins of non-connectivity.
An example of this is when I was downloading Diablo3. It got about 1/3 of the way and stopped.
I read that a lot of people are having this issue, with this game, with this router.
So, to fix it I have disabled the switching on the superhub so its just a modem. I have then linked it directly to a d-link dir-615 router into the internet port.
All in all, Unless you HAVE to upgrade to the virgin superhub. Hold fire until a new revision or model is released.
Hope this helps!
