Virgin Superhub.

Hey all,


I recently upgraded to 20MB and got the new Virgin 'Wireless' Superhub. Only problem is i can't find any wireless signal through my PC or Xbox 360? ( It does Recognise it on the xbox but its 1bar strength ).

The only wireless i can find is using my belkin router which is connected to the hub - Ive tryed disconnecting it -.


Any ideas?

just a thought but if it wireless is it setup for wireless n or g? have you got the superhub dedicated to wireless n, where xbox 360 and pc may only have 54g cards?

Hello, Have you tried changing the channel on the Superhub? I had the same issue, and changing the channel resolved it. Hope this helps

you may need to change it from 2.4 to 5 ghz , always use the advanced settings in wireless settings. it will give you more options then. I recently got this and it was a pain to get this running full speed. In the end i ended up configuring it through a guest network
