Virgin throttling Q

Ok, So I know that the throttling is split into 2 sections in the day where if you download so much, Itll throttle you.
9am-3pm
4pm-9pm

And in the periods not listed, there is no throttling so you can go mental. If I went past my limit at say 7pm, do I just wait till 9 until its lifted or do I have to wait till a certain time period passes?

It's a 4 or 5 hour throttle. Cant remember which.

So even if you go over your limit at 8:59 PM, you will be throttled until 12:59 or 1:59AM.
