Virginmedia Hotspot App?

What's it like these days , is anyone having much luck with it as it used to be pretty abysmal but i've not seen anyone complain about it for a couple of years?

Never heard of it, can't find it either. Why not use your phone's hotspot? Never had a issue with that on any phone
