I have recently upgraded to Plan two on Virginmedia Adsl line but my router can't seem to connect to the host computer. The router can't seem to get IP address from Virgin. I am 100% sure the login ([email protected]) and password are correct. I have used different microfilters, still nothing. I can access the admin settings of the router fine but can't access the Internet.
I have got the white wireless Netgear DG834GSP router and connected via ethernet. I have resetted the router many times, no firewalls or nothing are causing the problem. what else can be the problem?
Virgin even emailed me all the settings but I still can't acess the internet. I have used Netgear setup wizard and still nothing. I worked fine before but no idea why I can't connect to the Internet.
