Virtu MVP causing 'Program has expired' Error

Title basically says it all, whenever I try to play BF3 or run 3DM11 etc. it comes up with an error like this:

With the title being replaced by whatever program I use (ones in the MVP program list). I've found out this is to do with VIrtu MVP software. If I just click OK until it goes away, the game loads fine but Virtu MVP doesn't seem to be active. I also uninstalled MVP to see if the problem goes away and it does. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to be able to resolve this issue and allow me to use Virtu MVP. Thanks

You will need to get the latest update from Asus for your MOBO.

Which update do I need? The BIOS update? How do I go about updating it, I'm not quite sure what to do with the CAP file.

You will need the Virtu MVP in utilities I think it was.

I tried the latest one from the ASUS utilities page, which worked but caused glitchy lighting and bright green grass in BF3. After many attempts of reinstalling I just reinstalled MVP from the Lucid website and now it seems to work. Thanks anyway
