Looks pretty good, think I only played the original a handful of times so will watch this with interest. Need more games in this space imo, even the Mrs enjoys the odd fight night.

Not such good memories of the Diamond Edge 3D GFX card that came bundled with Virtua Fighter + 2 controllers. Very expensive and only a few (SEGA) games were ever released for it.

Virtua Fighter is so underrated in the West sadly. If you like in-depth fighting games, it's superb but requires a lot of investment to unlock that depth. My understanding is Sega realised this and the new game will be much more user-friendly.

oh hope it has decent multi player and not much dlc, had the saturn ports of 1 and 2 as a teen and played a good wee bit of 5 i think it was on the ps3

I love VF but have much more Tekken experience, bought R.E.V.O yesterday to see how I get on.

Two 3d fighters but fundamentally different, especially at this point when Tekken has gone completely bonkers.

I really hope VF6 will stay more grounded and won't introduce systems like Heat, nonsense 50/50 aggression for free and characters that have no business being in a fighting game.
