Does anyone know if there is a way to fix the problem with virtual dub where, the audio will myteriously go out of sync by the end of the video, or where the audio is always out of sync from the start? Delaying the audio nor chaning the framerate seems to make any difference

I tried registering on the doom9 forum but the genius system there doesn't allow you to post until you've been registered for 5 days for some strange reason.

My reccomendation would to be

- Download LameMP3
- Right click on LameACM.inf and then click Install.
- Windows may open a dialog box saying the installation has not past Windows Logo testing. Click the [Continue Anyway] button: Windows Logo Dialog (Mirror 1)
- The installation will complete without any further windows. Delete all the files after the installation completes.

- Download AviSynth
- Install it using the default options

** When encoding**

- Click on Audio->Full Processing Mode (at the bottom).
- Click on Audio->Compression, select "Lame MP3" on the left and "48000 Hz, 128 kbps CBR, Stereo 16KB/s" on the right
- Click the [OK] button to return to the main window.
