Hi all,
OK we have a Windows server hosted on our ESXi host, its a terminal server.
It has a C Volume which has been allocated 70GB from our datastore, there is no other volume existing on this machine as we dont need it.
Now they had a problem with space recently, so had to increase the C volume slightly.
I am trying to find out what folders are using this space.
If you look at the properties of the C volume, it says exactly 60GB is being used, however, if you go in to the C volume, un-hide all the folders and files, select all and click properties (this includes all Windows folders, system folders etc etc) it only accounts for 25GB, I cant see any other directories on this C volume.
I have also found another 8GB being reserved by the Windows pagefile.
Thats a total of 33GB, my question is where is the other 28GB being used? I have done a disk clean-up to check for any compressed old files being, there is nothing to clean up.
