Virtual Machine Spam/Email filter

Hi,
Can anyone recommend me a spam/email filter virtual appliance? I've spotted SpamVigilante but it's not been updated for a couple of years (although I guess I can update the packages in the normal way).

I'd like something that tied in with MS Exchange. The above looks pretty good.

Well, to answer my own question, I tried SpamVigilante, but it was a bit too outdated to be useful. Today, I started using ESVA which is working a treat:
