Virtual memory low ???

hi guys,

just got a message saying my virtual memory is low and i seem to be getting very low frame rates on CSS how can i free up the virtual mem, this is a new install only a couple of days old and ive never seen this error before can u guys help.

I had a quick google, i suggest more ram.

seriously? im using more than 1gb???

Control panel > System > Advanced > Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory

settings are there.
