Virtual memory settings vista 64 with 4gb RAM

I just glanced at my virtual memeory settings and see that it is set at 4393mb but recommeded is 6139mb but when i tick the system manged size it remains the same.

What do people recommend as the initial size and maximum size (MB) settings for vista 64 with 4gb RAM?
