Does anyone know if there is some free software can can set up a Virtual Monitor on your system. Basically instead of another physicaly monitor I am after a virtual one that just acts as a resizable window that could be dragged round the physical screens I already have and it to act just like a real secondary monitor would so I can drag applications and apps on it.
The main purpose I would use it for is to play games that always run full screen and don;t offer a windowed mode. With this type of software I could launch it on the virtual screen and drag it round and play within the virtual screen.
