Most of the time you have per device CALs although if you're feeling flush you can go per server. What type of CALs do you have? You have CALs right

I selected the latter one for now.
And added the system to our domain. Hopefully it wont mess up the domain. .

Just a thought.
Would the limit on the host OS affect the limit on the VM'ed OS?
