Virtualbox issue.

Hi.

Having looked at a guide on the net I decided to try virtualbox for the first time and install kubuntu. I have followed everything to the letter but I am now at the install screen and I cannot see the full desktop in the window provided. I have to move the desktop around to see all the buttons.

What's gone wrong?

I don't think you've done anything wrong. I just tried it on mine and the default 800x600 VirtualBox display is too small for the installation dialogs.

Once you've got it installed the display should sort itself out (may need the Guest Additions installing).

What are the guest additions? Are they easy to install?

I'll try and install it and if the screen is still wrong I will try the guest additions.

Another question. Is hyper v better?
