Hi,

I am running Windows 10 Pro. I have installed Virtualbox and installed OSX Yosemite and all is working fine. I have done this as trying out a piece of software with a view to buying an iMac if it works good.

I cant get the USB to show in Virtualbox OSX. When i plug thew USB Pen into the computer it pops up immediately in windows, but nothing in OSX. If i go into Disk Utility on OSX it doesnt show there , neither does it in Finder.

Any ideas?

Matt

Have you enabled the controller in the properties for the instance of the OSX VM?

Once the device has initialised in the host OS you have to manually select it from the bar at the bottom of the VM window before it will show in the guest OS. You might find on some setups it is also dependant on certain CPU features (shouldn't be a problem on most common setups).
