VirtualDub Audio Codecs Vista 64

I've recorded a short video of me playing FEAR 2 for a friend and I'm in the process of trying to compress it. However, I can't find any audio codecs to compress the sound down. I've got a video one working fine and appearing within Virtual Dub but how do I go about getting an audio one installed?

then you can compress to mp3 (it'll list two, the one windows comes with and this one)
