VirtualDubMod Codec Plugins?

Hi,

Just wondering if I can download codecs as plugins for VirtualDubMod rather than installing them to my computer?

I use VLC so I don't particularly want to install something like ffdshow just so VirtualDubMod can use the codecs.

Any ideas?

Was just looking for a nice set of plugins to encode into a range of files - WMV, xvid, divx etc.

I'll check out ffdshow

Just gave ffdshow a go and it's not showing up in the compression options of VirtualDubMod
