Hi
My brother in law seems to have caught what avast has identified as win32Rbot-csn (when it tried to spread itself to my machine via msn).
Does anyone know if there are any special steps to take to remove it, or any standalone tools?
Apparently he's run various AV tests (he runs AVG as standard and has also run housecall online av and I think another) but they don't seem to see it.
