virus help

hi there....

I have a virus on my pc and it is stopping me from visiting any antivirus website...

I would be grateful for any tips on how to remove it?

yes i can get to both sites and download from them

what next?

i cannot however get to mse site, or avira, or avg etc

i ran malwarebytes and it would not update, it found 2 things and claims to have removed them but it hasn't

i then tried installing an anti virus but again it would not allow me to navigate to any antivirus sites..

any more ideas would be greatly appreciate

i ran combofix and it locked up 20% before the end....

hi

as you suggested i downloaded avast on a diff computer and it installed on the problematic one...

i have running a full scan now as we speak..

hopefully it will resolve the problems
