I got a virus the other day, had my PC for 3 years and never had a single virus to speak of, installed the service packs the other day and all of a sudden get a virus, changed my wall paper and everything, couldn't even run task manager. Went through safe mode and did a system restore to at least allow me back on, ran AVG and adaware with not much success but seemed to have sorted it.
Anyway, yesterday and today I'm gettin 15+ postmaster delivery failures to emails I never sent and in my sent items there are tons of emails to random addresses with the whole "pics from last night!!!" and whatever subject lines and stuff.
It's a live account and I really don't want to get rid of it because I use it for most stuff, is there anyway I can get rid of it?
