Someone i know has sent me a virus called Optix pro and eh is in total control of my pc! Is this just a mess around virus or can it be dangerous, he is already turning my monitor and keyboard of and opening my CD tray...What will i do!!!

First of all ... unplug your computer from the network this will stop anything further. I would also recommend you take the network offline too.
Download (from a different PC) an upto date anti virus and some decent spyware protection, a firewall too.
Or you could just format the thing and any other "infested" PC

Hit Alt-Ctrl-Del, look in the process list for winampw.exe and highlight it for now.
Load up Explorer, and browse to the C: drive > Windows folder > System32. Find the file, and highlight it for now.
Now right click the file in the process list (where you hit Alt-Ctrl-Del) and select End Process. Select Yes to the next dialogue. As quickly as you can, delete the winampw.exe from the System32 folder.
Good luck!
