Virus Networked related Question

Hi quick question, We currently have three computers set-up to our home network, two connect wirelessly and one connects to the router. Recently one of the computers that connects wirelessly got a virus. Is this virus now transfered to all the other computers?


We use the same AV on all the system if this matters.

It's impossible to say without know the virus in question. What name did the AV detect the virus as?

I would say it's unlikely though, typically it may copy itself to network shares but you would still manually need to execute the virus on your other computers. And if the AV on your other PCs says you're clean then I wouldn't worry about it too much.

My AV Norton detected it but the virus changed some permissions of Norton and it managed to get in.

The virus was one of those fake Anti viruses that asks for your details. XP AntiMalware 2010 or something. I managed to get rid of it using Malware Bytes.
