Virus problems

Im getting pop ups from my NOD32 anti-virus when i log into windows and sometimes just when im using it.... but when I perform full system scans there is nothing to be found

I have used NOD32, adaware, CCleaner, Regseeker, Spybot search and destroy and system mechanic....

They all tell me there are no adaware, malware or virus's yet im still geting virus alerts

Im now gettin a pop up from my task bar saying:

SYSTEM ALERT: Spyware Detected

System has detected 4 active spyware applications that may cause your computer to crash and restart, slow it to a crawl and even shut down entirely. click the icon to get rid of unwated spyware

The icon is a yellow triange with an black exclamation in it

ARGHH!!!
