Virus removal help

Hi
I have noticed a program running in Task Manager called IEXPLORE.EXE and when ever i click "end process" it comes back the very same second, and uses 100% of my CPU usage and also seems as if its loading back up or something,and then seems to go idle once its reached 112.000K of mem usage.

I have looked on the net about it and it turns out that it is some kind of trojan or backdoor.
I have tried all that people have advised but nothing has worked.
I do have a hijackthis log if it will help anyone to help me out with removing the damn thing.
Also ive noticed in the last couple of hours that im not able to play any online games because of a bad performance lag,and also i use teamspeak with friends and they cant even hear me talk because of the lag.

Please help if u can.

Anti-Virus software...?

When I have a program like that I go into safe mode and check out the start up programs in regedit, then I have a look in services, then I delete the file and anything associated with it. If all fails, format.
