Virus Scan Warnings?????

I have Win 7 Pro 64 and am using AVG Free Edition version 9.0.733 (the one with the built in spyware scanner in place of Win Defender)

I scan my pc every day and most of the time i get 150 total 'Warnings' - around 20 Removed and not healed and 100-140 NOT Removed or healed.

Most, if not all of these are tracking cookies. Some of which are moved to the virus vault like ATDMT Tracking cookies and Serving-sys. Loads of potentially dangerous ones are logged like Yiledmanager, Adtech, 2o7 etc etc.

anyway i proceed to click the 'Remove all unhealed infections' then go into the virus vault and empty it. If i were to do this process with Firefox open it says:-

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Moving object to the virus vault failed. Do you really want to delete this object?

C:\Users\K 7\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\kz7vyxd2\default\cookies.sqlite

Then a check box below to tick Do not show this dialog for the currently executed actions.

...anyway for the last week or two i click YES to be rid of them until recently i close down Firefox before i do this. however on a few occasions when i open firefox back up afterwards it freezes and crashes - even with Internet Explorer (when i havent been usign it for cookies to be logged/stored?). On top of that Firefox has randomly been crashing and stalling - just after i had been telling a friend that Firefox was amazing etc and never, ever crashed on me in comparison to IE (which i always used to use). A reboot sorts this all out but still doesnt explain why its crashing randomly (once or twice a day).

First of all is AVG being too sensitive in picking up these 'cookies'?

What should i do with them if i shouldnt do the above?

Should i be worried?! :p

Ive always chosen to use AVG Free edition even when ive tried other virus scanners and have never had this problem before on any of my previous PCs so why is this happening?

TIA
