Virus/Spayware on system, need help removing

ok got a strange one appeared thought it was a smitfraud.c but doesnt not look like it, so if anyone has seen this one before and has been able to do something about it please let me know

the icon with the help logo is what is linked to it, when you put the mouse over it it says "virus alert"

looks like a false warning caused by spyware to me. Have you installed and ran av/spyware yet?

Run Spybot S&D
Run Adaware
Run Anti-virus
(Restart)
Re-scan and see if it disapears

ran smitrem before i posted and had no luck, also tried spybot which i thought would have sorted it, adaware managed to remove it but that does not mean it will come back unfortunately

Make sure you run all the anti-spyware programs in safe mode.

Disable system restore
