Virus!

Clamwin is telling me I have a virus on my drive!

I tried to delete the file but I don't have permission, should I even be trying to delete it since it's in system32?

Go onto safe mode and rerun the scan. It should be able to delete it then.

And yes, you can delete it. Virus put themselves into the System32 directory precisely for the reason that people are reluctant to delete it.
