Hi all got new pc y-day started it up this morning to get it online & i tryed to download AVG anti virus fll asleep through the DL, woke up & i,ve got virus,s all over the place...

Tryed to install the AVG + other AV progs but wont let me install any of them?

What can i do? Will i have to format the drive?

thats a good one, falling asleep while downloading avg and you have a virus off what?

Anyway yes a format will do if you can't run any av scanners.
