every time i switch off the computer now it says to turn off and it will install an update - it normally says 'installing update 1 of 1' but it just says 'installing update' now. it happens every time and i've started switching it off without installing the update.
is there a way of finding out if i should have it or not?
windows is windows XP and SP1/SP2/SP3 are installed too.
Processor is AMD Athlon 64 Dual core.
