virus?

hi

my sister has an old apple iMac , not sure what OS version. i know its not maverick. the one before. probably mountain lion.

has kaspersky full updated.

i googled the phone number, http://www.pc247solutions.co.uk/

she said she cant take it off. its stuck on the screen. i told her to turn of the main power.

whats the solution?

Uninstall safari, if thats possible and reinstall?

Anyway that message does not look legit.

It looks like a typical browser pop-up, therefore forcing closing Safari should remove it and stop visiting the site that causes the pop-up to show.
However, i'd recommend giving the Mac a once over with the something like Malwarebytes, make sure the system (+ AV) is fully up-to-date, and install an adblocker which should (to some degree) prevent this happening again.
