My ESET NOD 32 keeps saying the aplication has a Trojan in it, but my Comodo doesnt pick it up.

this is from my NOD32
a variant of Win32/TrojanDownloader.FakeAlert.JI trojan

Whos right.

I dont know, but i would trust Nod32 over Comodo. Because Nod32 is the best AV available, and Comodo sucks. :p

It's better to have a few antivirus scanners installed since the other could pick up threats that the other does not, like in this case. I'd trust NOD32 aswell just to be on the safe side.

I'd only have one AV running in the background at all times though since some could conflict.

Never have more than one piece of antivirus software installed. It will hog system resources and cause conflicts/issues between different applications.

i tried 2 anti-viruses once and they were fighting each other and kept reporting they were virueses lol

If NOD32 has found a virus can it not quarantine it ?

Mailwarebytes is the best free to use mail-ware and ad-ware remover I have used. Its not system hungry, its updated multiple times daily and removes some virus that the likes of Norton and Mcafee don't.

To clarify on the running two virus scanners at the same time:

Two or more installed is fine.
Two or more running at the same time is a big no-no for reasons already stated.

Alternatively, install one, do a full scan. If everything clear, uninstall it and install another one, then scan with that one.
